Ideology Hub is a platform where we hope to have political discourse on items,  events, social and or political structures that plague South Africa.

South Africa can be described as a delicate nation that has great potential  for growth and can have a large influence on the rest of the world. However, its a nation that is struggling to break away from the after effects of Apartheid, thus creating a large wealth gap between the poor and the upper middle class. This allows for corruption within local governments and creates tension and uneasiness between South African citizens

One of the worst things that could happen to South Africa is if the cycle of hatred between groups of people is replicated post Apartheid, and because resources are not plentiful it allows room for the "blame game" where South African citizens will begin to blame different ethnic groups for the hardships that they are enduring . This is due to the ignorance and lack of knowledge that people have on how their discrimination, prejudices and stereotypes perpetuate hate and can inhibit the growth of people, communities, cities and nations

Hence why we at Ideology Hub feel that its important to create platforms in which we can have open discussions to help inform people on events, ideas, social constructs and the reasons behind them. This helps break down the concerns, uneasiness, discrimination and prejudices that people hold.
